Please provide a proof of business, a VAT number and a business registration number. In the case you don't have a VAT number that can be a website, online store, pictures of your physical store or social media account. Only after I have approved the application we can give access.
The wholesale prices are priced EX VAT. No VAT will be added if you have a store in the EU and you have a VAT number I have checked. For stores outside the EU or in the EU without a VAT number, we are sorry but we have to put 21% Belgian VAT on top for which you will get an invoice. The VAT is deductible in your own country.
Minimums . We ask all wholesale customers to order 4 pieces / style and color for items that are pre-order . You can choose the sizes yourself. Please note that the pre-order items are not in stock and will be produced after you placed the order. Please contact us for an estimate delivery time. We collect orders to be sent to the factory a few times a year, and delivery times vary. We can only accept pre-orders that are payed ahead, unless communicated otherwise.

We make a reservation against wrong pricing or price changes. If any of these problems should occur we will notify you by e-mail.
Payment. We offer bank transfer, card payment and PayPal for wholesale orders. Once you place the order we review it and create an invoice for you. Upon receipt of the invoice you will be asked how you wish to pay; bank transfer or PayPal. For credit card payments there will be made a private listing on the website where you can order and pay. You will be sent a direct link to your order. We use FedEx or UPS for our international shipments
If the parcel is damaged please make a complaint to the shipping company before you accept the parcel. If there is something wrong with your order please contact us as soon as possible.
