The stock items you ordered remain property of On the Sunny Side until you have received the delivery.

If an item was damaged in transport, please notify me as soon as possible, preferably at the day of receiving.
If you are otherwise unhappy with your purchase, you may send them back on your own expenses in two weeks after receiving. This doesn't apply to custom made items. For buyers outside the EU, please mark your package clearly as RETURNED GOODS. If you do not do so I will have to pay import taxes on a return that will be deducted from your refund.
