For buyers outside the EU, please mark your package clearly as RETURNED GOODS. If you do not do so I will have to pay import taxes on a return that will be deducted from your refund.

Items bought from On hte Sunny SIde can be returned within 60 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. During this period, you can try the product and examine it just like you would when you buy something in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. You are allowed to take the product out of its packaging and try it on. Hwever make sure to do so in a clean environment and DO NOT REMOVE THE YELLOW RETURN LABEL

Processing your return
