When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 2-4 working days. You will receive a notification by email, and updates from the shipping company as well.

How much are the shipping costs?
That depends where you order from. Shipping is free to The Netherlands (Post NL), Belgium (B-post), UK, and US. For UK an US we use UPS for orders up to EUR 250 For orders above EUR 250 we use FedEx

Do you accept returns?
Yes, I do. When you are not happy for any reason you can send it back and you will receive either another item or a full refund. Please bare in mind the return shipping costs are not free. You can choose your own shipping company or send me a message and I organize the return labels for you in which case I will let you know the costs first. Whatever you choose, CLEARLY MARK THE BOX WITH 'RETURNED GOOD' with big letters on the front!
The reason I have to do it like this, is just because I am a small independent business and I have to keep costs under control. The price you pay for shipping is only part of the actual costs and for some reason return shipments cost me double the price. For instance a return from the US can cost up to EUR 80. So when you are not sure about a size or anything else, contact me with your questions. It saves money, and above all is better for the environment if we avoid unnecessary shipments.
