1940s Ike jacket in grey melange pure wool
This 1940s style Ike jacket is made after an original 1940s pattern in heavy grey melange pure wool. This iconic model was the basis for many workwear items such as the British army battle dress. this is an excellent jacket for a casual vintage style look. The jacket has many vintage details like pleated shoulders, under arm gusset for extra ease, a typical 1940s collar and a pleated back. The wool jacket is lined with silver taffeta with small harlequin checks
